Race At Work Report 2015

Race for Opportunity have published a report on issues around under-representation of ethnic minorities in the workplace and at senior levels called Race At Work. The report looks at the experiences of 24,457 ethnic minority and white employees aged 16 and over and currently in employment in the UK. As well as assessing the current state of BAME people in the workplace it also provides recommendations for both the government and for employers to make improvements going forwards.
