£3.2bn UK Pay Gap For Black, Asian And Ethnic Minority Workers

Research by the Resolution Foundation on the ethnicity pay gap finds that black and minority ethnic employees are losing out on £3.2bn a year in wages compared with white colleagues, with the gap rising to 17 per cent, or £3.90 an hour, for black male graduates.
